About the Role
Our clinical success team is what turns a software deployment into a genuine care transformation. As a Clinical Success Manager, you'll own the relationship with health system customers after contract signature — ensuring they adopt our platform, realize measurable clinical value, and become champions for Curely AI.
What You'll Do
- Own post-sale relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders at 8–12 health system accounts
- Drive onboarding, training, and workflow integration for new deployments
- Define and track success metrics (clinical adoption, workflow efficiency, patient outcomes) with each account
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with CMOs, CNOs, and department heads
- Serve as the voice of the customer in product roadmap discussions
- Identify and develop expansion and upsell opportunities in collaboration with sales
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree; clinical background (RN, PA, NP) strongly preferred
- 3+ years of customer success or clinical implementation experience in health tech
- Excellent interpersonal skills and executive communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously
- Comfort with data analysis and building business cases from clinical outcomes data
Nice to Have
- Active clinical license (RN, PA, NP)
- Experience with Epic or Cerner EHR workflow integration
- Background in population health or care management programs
